This Terms & Conditions Agreement governs your use of the products and services of Pratibha Music (OPC) Private Ltd. This Agreement includes, and incorporates by this reference, the policies and guidelines referenced below. Pratibha Music (OPC) Private Ltd reserves the right to change or revise the terms and conditions of this Agreement at any time by posting any changes or a revised Agreement on this website. Pratibha Music (OPC) Private Ltd. will alert you that changes or revisions have been made by indicating on the top of this Agreement the date it was last revised. The changed or revised Agreement will be effective immediately after it is posted on this website. Your use of the website following the posting any such changes or of a revised Agreement will constitute your acceptance of any such changes or revisions. Pratibha Music (OPC) Private Ltd. encourages you to review this Agreement whenever you visit the website to make sure that you understand the terms and conditions governing use of the website. This Agreement does not alter in any way the terms or conditions of any other written agreement you may have with Pratibha Music (OPC) Private Ltd. for other products or services. If you do not agree to this Agreement (including any referenced policies or guidelines), please immediately terminate your use of the website.
Pratibha's Music eCademy is an educational platform where users can learn various forms of music from professional trainers online. This is a subscription based model where the user can sign up for monthly classes with the trainer or video courses via our app.
Once a student requests for a live class via Skype, the team reserves the right to allot the appropriate trainer based on preferences submitted. The trainer allocation by Pratibha Music (OPC) Private Ltd. shall be considered final. Once the live class request reaches us, the team shall respond to you via email within 48 hours with the suggested trainer details and payment link. The class shall be scheduled only after completion of the payment. If the payment is delayed beyond the time specified in the invoice, Pratibha Music (OPC) Private Ltd. reserves the right to cancel the request, or change the trainer allotted.
Subscription once paid for cannot be cancelled/refunded.
Unless you notify our third party call center reps or direct Pratibha Music (OPC) Private Ltd sales reps, while they are contacting you, of your desire to opt out from further direct company communications and solicitations, you are agreeing to continue to receive further emails, messaging and call solicitations from Pratibha Music (OPC) Private Ltd. and its designated in house or third party call team(s).
Opt Out Procedure: We provide 2 easy ways to opt out of from future solicitations. 1. You may use the opt out link found in any email solicitation that you may receive. 2. You may also choose to opt out, via sending your email address to email@example.com
Pratibha Music (OPC) Private Ltd. has proprietary rights and trade secrets in the Products. You may not copy, reproduce, resell or redistribute any Product manufactured and/or distributed by Pratibha Music (OPC) Private Ltd. Pratibha Music (OPC) Private Ltd. also has rights to all trademarks and trade dress and specific layouts of this webpage, including calls to action, text placement, images and other information.
– Payment will be charged to iTunes Account at confirmation of purchase
– Subscription automatically renews unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24-hours before the end of the current period
– Account will be charged for renewal within 24-hours prior to the end of the current period, and identify the cost of the renewal
– Subscriptions may be managed by the user and auto-renewal may be turned off by going to the user's Account Settings after purchase
– Any unused portion of a free trial period, if offered, will be forfeited when the user purchases a subscription to that publication, where applicable
